Do you work with interior designers and art consultants?
We work with design trade professionals and art consultants on both residential and commercial projects. Contact us for a consultation. We will work closely with you to help you complete the perfect project for your client.
What if I don’t like the piece once it arrives?
It is important to us that you love your piece. If you are unhappy with your piece please contact us immediately upon receipt. All we ask is you pay for return shipping costs.
Returns must be properly packed and fully insured. You will be refunded promptly when the piece is returned safely. Custom works are not returnable unless authorized. Contact us for details.
How do you Ship?
All Gartner Blade Glass is expertly packed and fully insured. We ship via Fed Ex ground in the lower 48. Let us know if you require any special shipping requirements or have a preferred courier.
International shipping?
We ship work to locations throughout the world via the best way. We work hard to ensure shipping costs are kept to a minimum and always quote multiple carriers. Contact us for international shipping details.
Do you create custom glass pieces?
We can work with you to create a unique piece for your collection, or design project. Contact us for details, costs, and time frame.
Is your glasswork one-of-a-kind?
Yes, each piece is an original. Though perhaps similar in appearance to other pieces within a series, each piece is unique and has its own highly distinct characteristics.
